Hog Roast Barnsley’s Gourmet Delivery service has really hit the ground running! The latest clients of the popular service were newlyweds Zoe and Jake. The happy couple clients were having a small, belated party to celebrate their secret, runaway wedding ceremony. They had recently eloped and were having a small family get together at their own home in their spacious garden to celebrate their marriage. They wanted a tasty buffet to be dropped off at their home so they could serve it to their guests.
Zoe and Jake worked with the team to put together a menu for their wedding party buffet that would have something for all of their 29 guests to enjoy. The dishes for this event were made by friendly Catering Manager Reece and would be delivered to the clients home at 1pm, when the clients could put them straight on the serving table for their guests to tuck into.
Zoe and Jake wanted an exciting and filling lunchtime buffet for their guests to enjoy. The dishes that they selected reflected that. On offer at the buffet there was local free rebate spit roasted chicken served with chipolata sausage, stuffing and homemade onions gravy. There was also a vegetarian alternative available, both of which were served with a selection of crusty bread rolls and sauces. The buffet had lots of piping hot seasonal vegetables on offer, as well as roasted new potatoes in rosemary and garlic.
The food arrived at the clients home in large transport trays that were insulated to keep the food baking hot. As well as delivering the food, Chef Reece also dropped off disposable crockery and cutlery for the guests to use. The rubbish of which was collected from the clients home at the end of the event, so it could be disposed of responsibly.
Clients Zoe and Jake were thrilled with all of Catering Manager Reece’s hard work producing and delivering the delicious dishes. The party had been as wonderful as they had dreamed of it being.
