Let’s discuss his experience with Hog Roast Marlow…

What has been your favourite event so far?

A festive Hog Roast at a building site in Bristol, Reece had never seen people so excited about lunch in his life! He was greeted with smiles by every single person, some even had reindeer antlers sticking out of their hard-hats or had attempted to wear a Santa hat over the hard hat. It was just a great event with a great atmosphere.

Have you had any unusual requests from customers?

Reece has been asked for the pig’s ears, originally thinking it was for him to take back for his dog, the guy started chomping on it in front of him!

What has been the funniest moment at an event?

Reece unfortunately has a clumsy trait which can prove to be quite funny! Recently at an event, he had been cooking delish Mac and cheese in the back of the van, being quite excited about how great it looked and smelt he went to leap out of the van, but the tea towel attached to his trousers caught the van handle pulling Reece back forcibly! As you may have imagined, this sent the whole tray of Mac and cheese flying behind him all over the back of the van! Thankfully, it missed Reece completely however, it meant that he had to start the process all over again while trying to clean up the mess.

Which menu would you choose if you were a customer?

The southern-slow roast for sure. Reece loves the way the meat just falls off the bone because it’s been cooked on low heat for a long period of time. The marinates and sauces that the meat absorbs are just to die for. Reece would certainly opt for the Texan-BBQ beef, bourbon pulled pork and the BBQ spareribs, a meaty feast fit for a king.

Why not book Reece’s fantastic food and services now?
