With the return to the office in February, a local sales manager wanted to provide catering for his team to prepare them for the adjustment and to ease the transition back into office life. The manager has 40 people on his team and wanted to provide a menu that was an ideal nutritious lunch for a busy day of work. The Hog Roast Stadhampton team discussed the variety of menus that we have on offer, before deciding that the Classic Hog Roast was an ideal choice.
On the day of the office lunch, the Hog Roast Stadhampton team arrived early in the morning to roast the hog to perfection, ensuring that the meat was packed full of natural juices and flavours. Once cooked, the meat was expertly carved by our Hog Roast Stadhampton chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing and homemade applesauce. As well as the rolls, we also prepared halloumi and vegetable skewers for any vegetarian guests. For the side dishes, our team served a selection of salad options and delicious homemade chips.
Overall, this creates a great menu with plenty of dishes to choose from and enough for everyone to enjoy. The meal was a great way to boost morale and an easy way to transition back into office life!
