With summer almost upon us and no restrictions to worry about this year, we can’t wait to get out and about on our busy summer event catering circuit and produce some fantastic freshly cooked food for our clients. With weddings, corporate hospitality events, local festivals and some special private celebrations in our busy catering diary, we thought now would be the perfect time to develop some exciting and flavoursome new dishes to add to our already extensive repertoire of catering packages.
As you may already know, here at Hog Roast Hermitage, we pride ourselves on the quality of our ingredients and on our ability to please all tastes. Although we cater primarily for pork lovers and we have built our reputation on the outstanding quality of our gourmet hog roasts, it is important to us that our food is suitable for all and satisfies everyone, not just hog roast fans.
We also take every opportunity we can to showcase the best locally sourced ingredients and seasonal produce in our dishes, and we have plenty of summery options to choose from that are ideal for any type of outdoor entertaining from garden parties to formal al fresco dining for special occasions.

We also have lots of vibrant and refreshing salads to choose from to accompany our hog roast centrepiece, offering an enticing assortment of home grown flavours and taste sensations from around the globe. All of Hog Roast Hermitage’s salads, starters and sides will of course continue to be made from scratch on site using fresh and fragrant ingredients of the highest standard.
