Frankie and her fiancé have never considered a big, expensive wedding day and have instead organised the perfect reception to take place in their garden this spring. The couple both love gardening and spent last summer creating their dream wedding backdrop by planting beautiful flowers throughout their garden. To ensure that the occasion feels special despite taking place at home, Hog Roast Harrow has been hired to cater for the occasion. We will be serving a delicious slow-roasted hog served buffet style, which will be perfect for enjoying whilst sitting in the sunshine. Our menu will include plenty for everyone to enjoy and more than enough to go around, which is essential for providing a successful meal.

We will start by serving our succulent pork which will be expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. The hog will be cooked to perfection on the day to ensure that it is as fresh as possible when it is time to serve. Alongside the main dish, the guest can enjoy homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and a selection of fresh salad dishes.
