This feast of a meal includes your choice of main course, no less than seven sides and some amazing trimmings that are to die for, so you’ll end up impressing everyone you invite no end while enjoying some truly delicious homemade food together with them on the day.
When it comes to your main, you get to choose either our signature food of a centrepiece Hog Roast Cookham hog roast, with tender meat accompanied by moreish crispy crackling and our homemade sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce, or moist, flame-roasted turkeys if you prefer, which come with fresh cranberry sauce and stuffing. Either way, you also get to dine on glazed sprouts and carrots, peas, green beans, homemade cauliflower cheese, pigs in blankets and roasted potatoes (which we prepare with garlic and rosemary), and there will be lashings of our own-recipe gravy to smother it all in too. If that’s not enough, we then serve mince pies with warm brandy cream to finish off your meal perfectly.
If you’d rather create your very own Christmas menu, you’re able to do that instead, simply by mixing and matching items from our extensive menus, such as handmade canapés, starters, sides or desserts, which you can add to your chosen main. Instead of a hog roast or turkeys, you can even decide on spit-roasted chickens, whole English lamb or beef sirloin if you like, or we can cook up a barbecue with British beef burgers, chef’s own sausages, ribs and kebabs, plus some salad, coleslaw and chips.
