This has always been Jules’ goal when he became an accountant, as he will now have lots more freedom over his working hours, allowing him to spend more time with his children. To celebrate the new job, his wife hosted a surprise party at their home in Thames Valley. Thirty friends and family members were invited to celebrate, and Hog Roast Thames Valley was hired to serve a delicious buffet menu for the occasion. The menu needed to be varied and delicious, with something for guests of all ages to enjoy. On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Thames Valley team prepared all of our dishes on-site to ensure maximum freshness and flavour. We served our signature hog roast, with succulent pork served in fresh bread rolls and accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we provided succulent pork sausages and veggie sausages, as well as homemade chips, gourmet colesalw, and creamy mac and cheese.
