Lee is getting married this summer and his best friend has organised an incredible stag weekend to celebrate the occasion. The weekend will begin with go-karting, followed by a brewery tour and an evening of drinking. The next day, Hog Roast Pangbourne will be serving a delicious meal for the men to ease their hangovers and prepare them for another day full of celebrations. For the catering, will be serving a delicious hog roast menu, with plenty of side dishes for everyone to enjoy. On the day of the catering, the Hog Roast Pangbourne team set up our catering station at Lee’s home, which was the perfect location for the meal. We began by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it around five hours to cook to perfection. Once the succulent pork was ready, it was expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we served homemade chips and gourmet coleslaw, which combined to create a delicious and well-rounded buffet lunch. It was great to see Lee and his friends enjoy our catering and we wish him all the best for his wedding this summer!
