Whole roasted pork is our Hog Roast Bioxham speciality. We can spit or slow roast or pork, which both provide delicious meat bursting with natural juices. Our pork is served with homemade stuffing, apple sauce and crackling, with your choice of sides and salad. Our pigs are perfect for any occasion and are always a crowd-pleaser.
Whole roasted free-range chicken
We cook our delicious chickens whole, rubbed with thyme and sea salt for a perfect flavour every time. Your chicken can be served in bread rolls or wraps, accompanied with stuffing and chipolata sausages. They are a delicious alternative to pork and are enjoyed by many guests at every event we cater.
BBQ 100% Beef 6oz Handmade Burgers
Our beef burgers are grilled to perfection, served with our own recipe BBQ sauce. All of our burgers are served in a selection of buns, with gluten/dairy-free options available upon request. These burgers are perfect for a summer party and go down a treat at any outdoor catering event.
BBQ Pulled Jackfruit
This option is suitable for vegetarians and is a delicious, plant-based alternative to our other main courses, that still provides our classic Hog Roast Bioxham taste. The jackfruit is cooked slowly, simmering away in our delicious BBQ sauce. It is served in a bun (gluten/dairy-free options are available upon request) with slaw and a side salad.
