Hog Roast Bray has catered many a wedding over the years and always with gorgeous homemade food made out of fresh, wholesome, quality ingredients that are local where possible too, like the meat that we source from our trusted suppliers of farmers
and butchers. We have several of our own wedding menus available to choose from for your big day, including both formal and informal options, but we also give our customers the freedom to create their own instead if preferred, especially for such a special occasion where you may already have a dream menu in mind. You can order your choice of main, sides, canapés, starters or desserts, or you can simply choose a main to be served with your wedding cake – it’s all up to you.

With this menu, we serve the starter platters to the seated guests and we’re sure you’ll be delighted with the fine Italian meats of salami and Parma ham, as well as buffalo mozzarella, Parmigiana and Gorgonzola, which you can enjoy with artisan breads. Then it’s time to queue up for your buffet-style hog roast, which comes complete with meat, crackling, apple sauce and stuffing, as well as a tomato and mozzarella salad, our homemade coleslaw and some seasonal leaves, and you get to choose either roasted new potatoes or buttered new potatoes. For dessert, select two from profiteroles, chocolate torte, tarte au citron, cheesecake and summer pudding, which are served with cream.
