Jason and his hotel staff are starting 2025 by rebranding their hotel and opening up again after almost a year of building work and redecorating. It is vital that the hotel gets off to a good start after such an expensive year, so Jason has planned a ‘grand re-opening’ event to celebrate the launch. The event will allow people to tour the hotel and check out the facilities, and get some exclusive offers and deals for future bookings. To attract as many people as possible, there will also be a selection of freebies on offer, including a delicious lunch served by Hog Roast Bioxham. For the menu, the Hog Roast Bioxham team will be serving our classic hog roast menu, which is sure to be the perfect lunch for the occasion.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Bioxham team will meet Jason at his hotel in the morning and get to work on preparing all of our dishes on-site. We will start by slow-roasting the hog, which will need around five hours to cook to perfection. Alternatively, we will be offering BBQ-pulled jackfruit and marinated chicken kebabs. The main dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls and served alongside a selection of sides, including homemade chips, corn cobettes, gourmet coleslaw, and a green leaf salad.
